RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- BRAND NEW MERCHANDISE:
Merchandise that has been purchased online at joiejewelry.ca, or in person, will be accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days following delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered.
All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt, original packaging and a certificate of authenticity.
- ESTATE COLLECTION
Estate merchandise that has been purchased online at www.joiejewelry.ca, or in person, will be accepted for refund or exchange within 15 days following delivery.
Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition, with all tags (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents (sales receipt and appraisal certificate)
Special order, personalized, engraved, or altered merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- CUSTOM WORK
Custom work may not be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
How to return your merchandise:

- Carefully pack the merchandise, including the original packaging, certificate of authenticity and/or appraisal.
- Ship to Joie Jewelry: 220 Bloor Street West Toronto Ontario M5S 1T8
- Upon receiving your return, Joie Jewelry will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable exchange or refund.
