RETURNS

We are confident that you will love our jewelry. But if not, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered.

We even cover the return postage for all U.S. and Canadian orders.

For international orders, return postage is covered up to $30.

All returns must be accompanied by:

• The original sales receipt

• Original packaging

• Certificate of authenticity

 

CUSTOM WORK & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom work and special orders may not be returned for refund, exchange, or credit.

 

DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE

All discounted merchandise may be returned for store credit only, with the exception of the first-time welcome 10% discount, which follows our standard 30-day return/exchange policy.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE:

• We will email you a prepaid return label

• Carefully pack the merchandise, including:

  • Original packaging

  • Certificate of authenticity and/or appraisal

• Ship to:

• Once your return is received, Joie Jewelry will verify that the product satisfies the return policy conditions. If approved, we will process the applicable exchange, refund, or store credit.
