PD PAOLA

All PD PAOLA jewelry has a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase or date of order delivery. This warranty covers any possible defects that may arise from defects in our materials and/or manufacturing issues. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, physical damage or wear.

UNO de 50

All UNO de 50 jewelry has a one year guarantee from the date of purchase or order delivery. This warranty covers any possible defects that may arise from defects in our materials and/or manufacturing issues. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, physical damage or wear.

All TOUS jewelry has a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase or order delivery. This warranty covers any possible defects that may arise from defects in our materials and/or manufacturing issues. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, physical damage or wear.

CARRERA Y CARRERA 

All Carrera y Carrera jewelry is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase or order delivery. This warranty applies to all of our products affected by regular wear and tear. Within two years, if your Joie Jewelry needs repair, we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge (excluding replacement of large stones). To benefit from this warranty, simply provide a valid proof of purchase.

To maintain your jewelry in perfect condition, check our Jewelry Care Guide. Joie Jewelry also strongly recommends that you bring your pieces in for inspection every six months to ensure their integrity. Within two years, if your Joie Jewelry needs repair, we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge (excluding replacement of large stones).

After the 2-year period has elapsed (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we are still thrilled to help repair your piece and to ensure your Joie Jewelry is loved for many years to come, for a small fee.
